Riding Lessons

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, although government restrictions have now lifted, we are continuing to ask our customers to wear a face covering whilst mounting and dismounting, to wear gloves whilst riding, and to make use of the hand-sanitising stations provided, for the comfort and safety of all our visitors and staff. Thank you.

Our full schedule of private lessons and children’s group lessons is now running (as detailed below). Please do call us for more information or to check availability.

Please see our Facebook page for the latest information.

Since opening the trekking centre, Lisa’s main focus has been allowing our clients to feel part of the family and enjoy sharing her horses.

The success of the trekking centre is down to Lisa’s ability to build the confidence of our customers and to encourage all our riders to advance their skills. Until 2016, this took place only during the treks over Cannock Chase, but following the development work at the centre, we are now also able to offer riding lessons and courses in our covered arena with glimpses of the beautiful Staffordshire countryside.

The covered arena is open five days a week for private lessons, children’s group lessons and riding clinics. Quite a lot of clients are combining lessons with treks. We offer a wide variety of riding lessons to suit all our riders, from adults to children, or group bookings.

Please refer to our full terms and conditions before booking.
